Three commercial properties in Annapolis — an office building at 2024 West Street and two smaller buildings at 2 and 4 Hudson Street — have sold for a combined $6.8 million, according to Hyatt Commercial, the brokerage that represented the buyer. Both transactions closed on August 31, 2026, and the buyer, described as a local investor, plans to keep the existing tenants in place and manage the properties directly.
Annapolis Commercial Properties Sold for $6.8 Million
The deal, announced by Hyatt Commercial on October 22, paired a substantial office building with two smaller commercial buildings near the signalized intersection of West Street and Route 2, a location that offers access to Routes 50 and 97. Eddie Trujillo, senior vice president and associate broker at Hyatt Commercial, represented the buyer in both transactions. The seller in each case was Dee Corporation, doing business as W.F. Chesley Real Estate.
Trujillo pointed to both location and tenancy as the deal's draws. "The location and existing tenants made these properties an appealing investment opportunity," he said, adding that "Dee Corporation maintained the properties well, and the recent renovations to the West Street building added to that appeal."
